POSITION SUMMARY
IT company is seeking a Bilingual IT Project Manager who is responsible for managing IT-related projects for Japanese financial sectors in the U.S., acting as both a Project Manager and Business Analyst. This role involves close collaboration with IT and non-IT departments, utilizing both Japanese and English to facilitate communication between stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
Gathering business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders
Bilingual communication with client teams in Japan and the U.S.
Documentation (requirement specifications, reports, etc.)
Business analysis and proposing solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or business analysis
Fluent in Japanese and English (required)
Eligible to work for any employer without visa support.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience in IT project management within banking or financial institutions
PMP certification
Experience with cross-border or multicultural projects
