POSITION TITLE DX Manager/ Senior Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
This role leads strategic planning and execution within the Digital Transformation department, driving large-scale projects and business development initiatives. It involves building strong client relationships, managing team development, and ensuring profitability. The position also focuses on implementing emerging technologies and process improvements to support sustainable growth in IT consulting services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead strategy development and execution for the Digital Transformation department
Manage large-scale projects, including progress tracking, resource allocation, and issue resolution
Drive business development and build strong relationships with key clients
Oversee team development, including hiring and training initiatives
Monitor KPIs and budgets to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
Promote process improvements and implement emerging technologies
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in business or technology consulting
Proven leadership in cross-functional and international projects
Strong analytical and communication skills
English proficiency required; Japanese language skills a plus
