POSITION SUMMARY
The inside sales position provides comprehensive support and analysis for outside sales employees to achieve the company’s goals for growth and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This person will work directly with the sales, marketing, customer operations and other departments across the group companies including Japan headquarters and other overseas offices to facilitate all necessary sales activities in this regard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, compliance documents, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer and company goals.
Support the sales team by retrieving technical documents, preparing requested materials, and managing sample orders and delivery schedules.
Handle RFQs and quotations by reviewing customer requests, validating item details, and maintaining accurate records.
Manage customer master records, including registration workflows, pricing updates, and system uploads.
Resolve order errors and blocked transactions by coordinating with account managers and customer service teams.
Process urgent sample requests, manage inventory, prepare shipping documents, and ensure proper sample stock levels.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required; college degree in Business Administration preferred
3+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles
Solid understanding of sales and customer service practices
Familiarity with electronic components and devices
Proficient in enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills with a professional and courteous manner
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with extended periods of sitting and occasional standing
BASE SALARY USD55,000-60,000 (DOE)
