POSITION SUMMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute sales strategies for cruise tours targeting Japanese residents in the U.S.
* Conduct direct sales activities, including outreach to individuals, corporations, and travel agencies.
* Manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
* Serve as a tour escort for charter cruises as needed.
* Build operational processes and frameworks to support business expansion.
* Secure sponsorships, attract event participation, and negotiate partnerships with organizations that manage group or corporate travel.
* Participate in events and exhibitions to promote travel services.
* Conduct market research and contribute to strategic planning for U.S. operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluent in Japanese and English at a business level.
* Experience in sales, business planning, or new business development.
* Background in the travel industry or related knowledge.
* Marketing experience and ability to develop promotional strategies.
BASE SALARY USD70,320.00 - 96,747.00 (DOE)
