The parent company operates a diverse portfolio of businesses, including rental housing design, construction, property management, real estate development, insurance, energy, and international ventures. The U.S. entity was established to expand the group’s footprint in the North American market, with a focus on property acquisition, renovation, and leasing. Leveraging the group’s extensive expertise in integrated property management developed in Japan, the company is committed to creating long-term asset value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with escrow companies to manage documentation, timelines, and closing processes
Serve as a liaison between the company and Japanese investors, providing regular updates and facilitating communication
Prepare, review, and manage real estate transaction documents and contracts
Maintain organized records and ensure timely document submission and compliance
Schedule and coordinate meetings, property inspections, and transaction milestones
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the California real estate industry (brokerage or sales)
California Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written)
Prior administrative experience in real estate or related fields is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
SALARY USD 80,000 - 100,000 + Annual Bonus
