POSITION SUMMARY
A leading organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to build a culture of operational excellence and lead transformation across its North American distribution network. This role will architect and execute continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, driving measurable results across multiple branches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuous Improvement Strategy:
Develop and implement a long-term strategy for continuous improvement, including the rollout of Lean Six Sigma belt programs and embedding CI principles into organizational goals.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build and lead a team of Business Process Consultants across regions. Provide guidance, mentorship, and ensure alignment with strategic improvement initiatives.
Process Optimization Projects:
Lead national and regional improvement projects from concept to execution. Identify inefficiencies, define KPIs, and implement sustainable solutions that deliver measurable results.
Technology Implementation:
Oversee large-scale implementations of systems such as WMS, TMS, and LMS. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, with full stakeholder engagement.
Business Intelligence & Analytics:
Design and deploy operational dashboards and reporting tools. Provide advanced analytics to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Training & Change Management:
Facilitate Kaizen events, Lean Six Sigma training, and strategic KPI summits. Drive adoption of CI tools through structured change management and leadership engagement.
Financial Impact & Business Cases:
Develop business cases by establishing baselines, setting KPIs, and assessing financial outcomes. Ensure P&L realization through effective control measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt; Project Management certification strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership in continuous improvement within logistics or distribution.
- Experience in warehouse or transportation management, including ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills; advanced Excel required.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, SQL, WMS, LMS, Minitab, and project management tools.
Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.

SALARY USD140,000-170,000 (DOE)
