POSITION SUMMARY
Japanese company is seeking a bilingual Japanese Sales Manager in their Colombus office in Indiana. E-Visa Sponsorship is provided for qualified candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulation and Execution of Sales Strategy
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Set short-term and long-term sales goals and develop strategies.
Explain and obtain approval from top management.
Team Management and Development
Guide and develop sales team members, evaluate performance.
Conduct regular training and workshops.
Building Customer Relationships
Strengthen relationships with key customers and understand their needs.
Promote activities for acquiring new customers.
Budget Management
Formulate annual sales budget and manage expenditures.
Analyze sales data and adjust the budget accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis
Report sales activities results to management.
Coordinate and obtain approval from top management as needed.
Set KPIs and regularly analyze achievement levels.
Note: Daily coordination, reporting, consultation, and approval with Japanese expatriates at RFI are included in the above duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Sales Manager Requirements:
Management experience of about 10 people
Understanding of Japanese companies
Handling existing customers (annual price negotiations, route sales, etc.)
Internal approval processes
Expansion activities related to automotive
Ability to drive a car
Business Trip is expected for this role (domestic and international)
Procurement Manager Requirements:
Management experience of about 5 people
Understanding of Japanese companies
Handling existing suppliers (cost reduction, invoice verification, etc.)
Internal approval processes
Experience in developing new suppliers
Ability to drive a car
SALARY&BENEFITS
$75,000-$80,000/year, benefit packages(ihealth nsurance and PTO, sick leave) are available
