POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for Sales Engineer role, supporting customers throughout the entire sales cycle by identifying business needs, proposing IT solutions, and coordinating system or network implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Contract Activities
Proactively contact and visit both new and existing customers to understand their business needs and challenges
Propose IT solutions by leveraging experience in system integration, network integration, or project management
Collaborate with external partners such as application, network/server, and security vendors to identify optimal solutions
Prepare solution proposals and presentations based on customer needs analysis
Deliver product and service presentations or demonstrations directly to customers, clearly communicating value propositions
Negotiate pricing, sales terms, and service agreement
Post-Contract Activities
Prepare necessary sales and contract-related documentation
Coordinate implementation projects for application systems and/or network infrastructure in collaboration with internal engineering teams and external partners
Manage and monitor implementation schedules to ensure timely delivery
Troubleshoot system-related issues in cooperation with internal teams and business partners
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partner
Other Duties
Maintain accurate customer records using automated systems
Report sales activities and progress regularly to a supervisor
Conduct market research and collaborate with colleagues to identify new markets and business opportunities
Required Qualifications
Business Skills
- Work experience in system integration, IT solutions, or project management
Ability to handle and propose IT-related solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively and directly with customers
Capability to identify customer business issues and develop practical solutions
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of network technologies (router, server, security, cloud, etc.) or programming languages (C, Java, R, Python, etc.)
Preferred Experience
- Project management experience, including coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Marketing-related experience such as developing or supporting marketing strategies

SALARY USD60,000-70,000 + bonus
