POSITION TITLE IT User Support Engineer (Bilingual - Japanese/English)
POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports internal users through IT product guidance, device setup, troubleshooting, and user training. It requires bilingual Japanese-English skills and contributes to maintaining a stable IT environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-consultation on IT product procurement
End-user support and troubleshooting guidance
Development of troubleshooting scripts
Setup and configuration of desktop hardware/software
Application compatibility testing
Design and deployment of client configurations
Creation of training materials and user education
QUALIFICATIONS
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (including reading and writing in Japanese)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft OS and Office products
Solid PC, network, and cloud knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented with strong reporting abilities
Security awareness and responsible handling of user data
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS or CIS
1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or similar role
LOCATION New York, NY (Hybrid Work)
Minimum 3 days/week in the office. Additional office attendance may be required for training or business needs.
WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
SALARY USD72,000-90,000(Compensation is based on experience and qualifications)
