POSITION SUMMARY
This role will oversee ERP project development and delivery, transform legacy support structures into a modern, scalable organization, and lead multiple projects simultaneously to ensure operational excellence and business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute ERP strategies and delivery plans
Reform organizational structure to enhance delivery capability
Collaborate with ERP sales leadership to align business development and execution
Ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong ERP domain expertise (SAP preferred; Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics acceptable)
Proven experience managing large technical teams and multiple projects
PMP or equivalent project management certification
SAP certification or other ERP-related credentials

SALARY
New York: USD150,000-200,000
Texas: USD125,000-165,000
