COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client- Manufacturing company located in Schaumberg IL- is looking for Sales Specialist. This position requires commuting to office every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and grow existing client accounts by reviewing purchase history, recommending relevant products, and explaining technical specifications.
Process orders by coordinating with fulfillment teams, communicating delivery timelines, and addressing inventory issues.
Prepare quotations for machinery, parts, and tools as requested.
Conduct client site visits for service, training, and relationship building.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email, ensuring accurate data entry and account setup.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot client issues remotely.
Collaborate with engineering teams to obtain product information and training resources.
Assist other sales team members as needed.
Other tasks might be asked by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in industrial machinery sales or technical support.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 30% of the time.
Valid driver’s license required.
SALARY
Approximately 70-90K (Depending on the experience of the person)
