POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager (Remote) to support our B2C sales operations in the U.S. market. This role will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales through broker and distributor partnerships, plan promotions, and maintain strong client relationships in the food category.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support sales growth and profitability by assisting in the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
* Help manage relationships with brokers, distributors, and retailers across U.S. markets.
* Assist in planning and implementing customized sales promotions at national and regional levels.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support lead generation.
* Coordinate with field sales representatives and assist in performance tracking.
* Analyze sales data to support pricing strategies and improve operational efficiency.
* Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed.
* Ensure smooth internal coordination for order processing and customer support.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Japanese / English bilingual required
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in food or beverage industry
* Experience in joint sales visits is a plus
* Ability to work independently from a home office
* Occasional travel to LA, CA office
* Strong communication and organizational skills
BASE SALARY USD75,00-100,000 Base (DOE) + Annual Bonus
