POSITION Sales Planning / Business Development

 

POSITION SUMMARY

This position involves developing sales strategies, creating promotional plans, and preparing related materials. You will conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to support sales activities. Responsibilities also include visualizing KPIs and sales performance through reporting, collaborating with the sales team to craft proposal narratives and presentation materials, and preparing reports and proposals for management and relevant departments.

Business Development responsibilities include gaining a deep understanding of security products and market trends, supporting the discovery of new products and solutions, and performing basic product evaluations to contribute to business growth.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Planning

  • Develop and propose sales strategies and promotional plans; prepare related materials

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights

  • Visualize and report sales performance and KPIs

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create proposal narratives and presentation materials

  • Prepare reports and proposal documents for management and related departments

 

Business Development

  • Understand security products and market trends

  • Support the discovery of new products and solutions

  • Conduct basic product evaluations

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–10 years of professional experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales planning

  • Language skills: Spanish or English (Spanish preferred; English at a functional level for daily communication)

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create customer proposals

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

 

SALARY USD 150,000-200,000
