Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions to meet technical and business requirements.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution accuracy.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales
Strong communication in Japanese and English
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
