POSITION SUMMARY
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the beverage or food industry who are passionate about driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage field representatives, and collaborate with brokers and retailers to expand market presence. Experience in joint sales visits and promotional planning is highly valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profit goals
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors
Plan and execute promotional activities; attend trade shows and events
Supervise and support field sales representatives
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Negotiate and implement private brand products
QUALIFICATIONS
Japanese / English bilingual required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Sales experience in beverage or food industry (trading company experience acceptable)
Joint sales visit experience is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
SALARY USD 70,000-75,000
