POSITION TITLE Senior Asset Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional with a proven track record in real estate sales, new business development, and asset management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, bilingual fluency in English and Japanese, and the ability to manage cross-border investment portfolios and operational teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee a U.S.-based real estate investment portfolio (approx. $30M)
Lead property and asset management for multifamily and mixed-use properties
Develop and execute strategic plans for hotel operations, including renovation and new development
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for assets
Drive new business initiatives and post-merger integration efforts
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Japan and the U.S.
Implement operational systems, manuals, and performance evaluation structures
QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of professional experience in real estate and investment operations
Experience managing teams of up to 100 employees
Proven success in launching new businesses and improving operational efficiency
Native-level fluency in both English and Japanese
Strong skills in financial reporting, project management, and strategic planning

SALARY USD150,000-180,000
