POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Account Executive serves as a key liaison between the company and Asian grocery retailers and distributors. This individual is tasked with fostering long-term business relationships, driving consistent sales growth, and enhancing the company’s visibility within the Asian grocery market. The role also involves ensuring high-quality in-store execution and requires regular travel to client locations to support strategic sales initiatives.

This individual is tasked with fostering long-term business relationships, driving consistent sales growth, and enhancing the company’s visibility within the Asian grocery market. The role also involves ensuring high-quality in-store execution and requires regular travel to client locations to support strategic sales initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages and expands sales accounts within the Asian grocery sector, identifying new opportunities and securing partnerships with retailers and distributors.
- Develops and executes strategic sales plans to meet revenue, distribution, and in-store execution goals.
- Establishes and maintains strong professional relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and distribution partners.
Collaborates with internal teams to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, while providing regular sales reports and market insights to management.
QUALIFICATIONS/ CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3–8 years of sales experience in CPG, retail, or grocery distribution, with a strong preference for experience in the Asian grocery market.
- Proficiency in English and an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and travel regularly to client locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
BASE SALARY USD80,000-100,000 (DOE)
