A leading Japanese manufacturer specializing in ultra-precision molds and molding is seeking a Production Control Specialist. This role manages production flow and inventory from procurement to shipment, ensuring efficiency and alignment with customer demand through coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage end-to-end production flow and inventory, from materials to shipment
* Coordinate customer orders, forecasts, and shipping requirements
* Lead production planning meetings and share schedules with internal teams
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular checks
* Communicate with suppliers, customers, and the parent company in Japan
* Support audits, purchasing, and logistics coordination
* Handle system updates, EDI, and documentation related to production
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or higher
* Minimum 2 years of experience in production control within a manufacturing environment
* Working knowledge of inventory and shipping operations
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
SALARY
USD 55,000 (Non-Exempt)
