POSITION TITLE Sales Manager (Feeding Equipment)
POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will drive sales growth for advanced livestock feeding equipment across North America. You will build strong relationships with key customers and partners while collaborating with internal teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that enhance the company’s market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead sales development and channel expansion for feeding equipment across North America
Build and maintain relationships with large dairy operations, dealers, and service partners
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop regional sales strategies
Work closely with technical, operations, and after-sales teams to deliver comprehensive customer solutions
Achieve annual sales targets and strengthen brand presence in the livestock equipment market
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in the livestock, dairy, or agricultural equipment industry in North America
Background in sales or mechanical/technical fields preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
Willingness to travel within North America
Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-growing environment
LOCATION Ontario, California
SALARY USD90,000-140,000 (based on experience and skills)
