Our client is seeking an IT Solution Manager (Business Development & Promotion) in Irving, TX

What you will do :
- Involve and perform IT Due Diligence activities
- Analyze current business and IT processes, identify issues and/or requirements for improvements
- Create roadmaps to improve/satisfy the requirements set forth while working with clients
- Perform requirement analyses, working with engineering teams (both internal and external) to define system solutions to propose to clients
- Manage projects as Project Manager during the development phase.
What you will bring :
- Strong communication skills with clients, partners, and team members
- Strong consultation and project management skills
- Skills for detail-oriented project execution
- Related certification(s) for “design thinking” would be a plus
- Business-level Japanese communication skills are not mandatory but would be a plus

- Strong background in business consultation/analyses for specific industries, such as manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills to identify business issues and challenges.
- Strong design skills to break down the improvement objectives with feasible specific systems working with the engineering team (internal and external)
- Close to 10 years of experience, as mentioned above
