POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the ongoing operations of a live product. Key duties include maintaining game-related records, monitoring fan feedback, and ensuring the accuracy of all managed information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Primary liaison between the Japanese development teams and US production team for a live operations title.
* Responsible for monitoring product updates and maintenances.
* Request information required for social media and marketing efforts.
* Share fan feedback with Japanese development teams.
* Accurately translate informational material from written Japanese to English and vice versa.
* Provide game assets to promote the game (screenshots, art, video capture).
* Obtain clearance for use of assets for PR usage from the IP holders of the developed title.
* Work with Community Management to coordinate post-launch content development.
* Establish and communicate KPI targets.
* Provide feedback on marketing material.
* Check accuracy of messaging on all official channels.
QUALIFICATIONS/ CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must be fluent in English and Japanese—able to read, write, and speak professionally in both languages.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3–5 years of related work experience preferred.
Able to follow instructions and solve complex problems independently.
Comfortable reviewing and discussing technical documents and drawings, even without prior exposure.
Able to read and work with contracts, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general Windows applications.
Must be tactful, mature, and flexible in a professional setting.
