POSITION TITLE Asset Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
This role involves overseeing the acquisition, renovation, and resale of properties to Japanese investors. You will work closely with U.S.-based property management companies, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing investment reports in Japanese for internal stakeholders and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full investment cycle: acquisition, renovation, and resale of multifamily properties
Communicate with U.S. property management companies to gather and analyze data
Prepare Japanese-language investment reports for internal teams and investors
Evaluate properties using financial and operational metrics
Support communication and coordination with Japanese investors
QUALIFICATIONS
Real estate license holder (preferred)
Strong business-level English communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and numerical literacy
Interest in U.S. real estate investment and market trends
