A major Japanese real estate company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Part-time work is also available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
・Ordering and payments to external vendors
・Handling bank related tasks (Managing deposits and withdrawals, Organizing related documents)
・Assist with expense reimbursement
・Searching and distributing news to employees
・Preparation of resolution documents
・Contact point for headquarters inquiries
・Collaborating with accounting and tax consultants
・Assistance in preparation of rules and regulations
・Purchasing supplies
・Business trip arrangement
・Supporting new employees to set up working environment (both expatriates and U.S. staffs)
・Other general affairs
・Real estate related research (for full time positions)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・8+ years of experience in administration
・A broad mindset to handle various administrative tasks
・Accounting (bookkeeping) skills are a plus
SALARY
Base salary $70,000-$80,000, bonus
