POSITION SUMMARY
A Japanese food manufacturing company is seeking an Account Receivable Specialist to join their international division. This role involves processing and recording payments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial reporting through coordination with internal teams and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process accounts and verify incoming payments.
* Prepare customer statements and record payments.
* Resolve discrepancies and unauthorized deductions.
* Review payment plans, history, and credit limits.
* Provide bank details for ACH and wire transfers.
* Generate financial statements and assist with month-end close.
* Maintain confidentiality and organize documents.
* Support general accounting and administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Skilled in data entry
* Bilingual in English and Japanese is a strong plus
BASE SALARY USD45,000 - 50,000 (DOE)
