POSITION SUMMARY
A rapidly expanding beverage company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to lead and grow its B2B sales operations in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about premium beverage products and eager to build strong relationships with commercial clients. The company is introducing high-quality ready-to-drink beverages from Japan and is establishing a new office in the Los Angeles area to support its growth.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Drive B2B sales growth within assigned territories, focusing on offices, restaurants, cafes, and distributors

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach

  • Conduct engaging product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to showcase product value

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to align with both company goals and customer needs

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and share market insights with leadership

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build partnerships

 

REQUIREMENTS or QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the beverage or foodservice industry

  • Familiarity with beverage products and related equipment is a strong advantage

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, events, and business development activities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools

 

SALARY  USD 80,000-100,000
