COMPANY OVERVIEW or POSITION SUMMARY
A fast-paced and detail-driven opportunity is available for a Product Development Administrator to support the Product Development Manager in planning, executing, and following through on new product initiatives. This role is essential in managing daily tasks that ensure product concepts move efficiently from ideation to launch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support ideation and evaluation of new product concepts and naming aligned with market trends and brand strategy
Conduct market research and competitive analysis; summarize findings to guide product decisions
Review product labels for AAFCO compliance, grammar accuracy, and brand consistency
Coordinate with consultants and designers for regulatory support and sample packaging development
Track project timelines, documentation, and milestones to support the Product Development Manager
Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or project coordination
Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language proficiency preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with AAFCO labelling standards is a plus
SALARY
USD 23-27/hr.
