POSITION SUMMARY
A well-established food trading company is seeking a Food Safety Administrator to lead and support its food safety operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in regulatory compliance, HACCP, and cross-functional coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee food safety programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Develop and maintain internal policies and training programs related to food safety and quality
Conduct audits and inspections across branches, including international sites
Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory agencies to resolve food safety issues
Provide HACCP guidance and validate food safety plans
Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS or QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety management systems
Familiarity with FDA, USDA, and other relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage audits and inspections
Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and regulatory agencies

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
SALARY USD70,000-78,000 (DOE)
