Our client is seeking a Senior After Service Engineer in Corona, CA.

Job Title: Senior After Service Engineer

Working Location: Corona, CA

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Salary : DOE (67-95K +)+ full benefit

Client: Manufacturing

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior After Service Engineer supports clients with technical solutions, evaluations, and troubleshooting. This position is responsible for independently judging and assessing conditions to provide technical expertise support, leading to increased reliability of xxx supplied system. This position has substantial discretion, autonomy and independence in executing his/her duties, decisions and/or responsibilities.

 

Core Function: 
・Support clients for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of xxx compressor system.
・Conduct an analysis of client equipment trending for preventative maintenance or troubleshooting.
・Provide technical support for compressor overhaul activities. Generate reports for equipment inspection, repairs, and troubleshooting (RCA).
・Generate cost estimations for compressor work activity for review and approval.
・Develop procedures and processes for After Service. Identify areas of improvement for current procedures and processes.
・Travel domestically and internationally to provide training and technical guidance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required : 
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. 5~8 years minimum experience in Rotating Equipment, plant maintenance, or related field.

Preferred :
1. Prior experience and knowledge of installation for all static and rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, etc).
2. Strong knowledge of site execution work for planning & scheduling of system maintenance.
3. Efficient computer skills for generating technical reports for rotating equipment include: inspections, repair procedures and reports, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, operation and maintenance manuals, processes and procedures.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a team player.
5. Dependable, responsible, and professional.
