JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for guiding Sales leaders and Broker partners in achieving profitable growth by developing and evaluating promotional effectiveness.
Translate insights into actions, drive strategic executions and meet sales and trade productivity goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise sales support staff, set goals, and manage schedules.
- Bridge Sales, Marketing, and Accounting/Finance for effective budget spending.
- Present insights from trade spending activities to the Leadership team.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including training and TPM support.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify investment opportunities.
- Analyze quarterly customer P&Ls and provide financial support for customer portfolios.
- Engage in strategic revenue growth planning with management and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years’ Finance or Trade Management experience in CPG snacking and/or confectionery.
- 3+ years of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solutions experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Technical domain knowledge, IT understanding.
- Experience in application development and delivery.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or other data visualization tools.
- Travel Requirements:
- Occasional air and car travel may be required; may require traveling outside of the U.S.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Salary - USD110,000 ～120,000
- Work location in Irvine, with work hours scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- The job involves a combination of remote work and onsite tasks in a professional office environment.
