POSITION TITLE Project Manager / Field Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY
This role involves managing field activities for industrial construction projects, including equipment installation, facility construction, and utility work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review drawings and specifications
Estimate project costs and manpower
Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
Oversee on-site quality and safety
Participate in daily/weekly progress meetings
Manage project close-out tasks
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in engineering or construction-related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in industrial or construction projects
Basic knowledge of construction contract terms
Ability to estimate labor, materials, and equipment
Strong scheduling and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Japanese bilingual skills (Not required)
LOCATION Indianapolis, Indiana (On-site Work)
SALARY＆BENEFITS
USD95,000-105,000
