Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of experience in CPG marketing or a similar field
- Familiarity with Food Safety Regulations and QA/R&D/FDA Compliance is a plus
- Japanese fluency preferred
Responsibilities
<Marketing Strategy and Plan Development>
- Assist in new product and packaging development and go-to market initiatives of several by effectively working with multiple stakeholders
- Maintain food facility and product compliance in accordance with retailer, FDA, and local government requirements; facilitate communication with QA, factory teams, and external consultants to ensure execution of any required changes
- Organize and accurately distribute information on product updates and new product announcements to let the Sales Department and the SCM Department as well as distributor partners.
- Manage package graphics and media library, and marketing collateral and provide them to the sales team and customers as needed.
- Participate in consumer research to gain an understanding of consumer behavior and opportunities to shape marketing strategy.
- Manage product data platforms such as One World Sync to ensure up-to-date information is shared with retail and wholesale customers.
