POSITION SUMMARY
A hands‑on role that directly impacts in‑store product visibility, customer satisfaction, and branch sales performance. This position involves product delivery, shelf stocking, display setup, and inventory support across customer retail locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain store shelves and ensure product displays meet required standards.
Monitor overstock, rotation, and product dates in both shelves and backrooms.
Build strong customer relationships by addressing issues, concerns, and service needs.
Deliver and retrieve products or equipment as needed.
Prepare outgoing products through shrink‑wrapping, boxing, and labeling.
Unload products from trucks and stock items in assigned areas.
Conduct quality checks to ensure no damaged products are stored or shipped.
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks and support warehouse departments when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints.
Working knowledge of grocery and retail food operations.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attendance record and flexibility to work extended hours.
SALARY USD $21.30 – $25.00/HR
LOCATION Honolulu, HI
WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday 6:30 AM - 3:15 PM
