COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client- IT Company in NYC – is looking for IT help desk candidates. 
This is hybrid position. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the troubleshooting for the users. 
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10), Microsoft Office, E-mail (Exchange/Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat related, and Database. 
- Support users by using Helpdesk tickets, follow-up with users. 
- Maintaining and creating technical documents. 
- Software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting for users. 
- Set up Hardware (PC, Printer, etc.) , install and configure them for users. 
- Needs to communicate with the vendors and manufactures for the new order, product replacement. 
- Plan and conducts the user trainings at the client’s site. 
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent skills of Microsoft OS and Office products. 
- Good PC knowledge and skills. 
- Basic Network and cloud knowledge. 
- Excellent communication skills. 
- Excellent customer service skills. 
- Business level Japanese skill. 
- Strong team orientation skills 
- CCNA/CCNP/ Network+ (Preferred ) 
SALARY
Salary range - USD 50,000 - 65,000
