Digital Transformation (DX) Consultant (Japanese Bilingual)
POSITION SUMMARY
A leading IT firm is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to support clients in their digital evolution. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about leveraging technology to drive business innovation and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze client operations and challenges to develop tailored digital strategies
Assess existing IT systems and recommend improvements aligned with business goals
Design and implement end-to-end digital solutions (CRM, ERP, cloud, automation)
Introduce emerging technologies (AI, IoT, RPA, analytics) to enhance performance
Lead change management initiatives including stakeholder engagement and training
Define KPIs and track transformation outcomes with continuous improvement plans
QUALIFICATIONS
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or IT strategy
Strong knowledge of digital technologies and business process redesign
Experience with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, cloud, and analytics tools
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, Agile/Scrum are a plus
