Pharmaceutical company located in NJ is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Alliance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate strategic and operational decision-making with partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment on shared goals.
Lead regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to assess progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
Lead preparation and coordination for joint committee meetings and presentations
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Business Development, and other teams to ensure contract terms are executed properly
Develop meeting agendas and facilitate strategic discussions with partners
Identify and pursue new value-creating opportunities within collaborations
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
working experience managing partnerships with external organizations
Strategic and hands-on thinking, with strong negotiation and coordination skills
Experience managing projects within complex organizational structures
WORK CONDITION Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
SALARY USD 160,000–180,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
