POSITION SUMMARY
This role provides essential support to the sales department through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include data entry, customer communication, documentation support, and cross‑department coordination to help ensure smooth daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter, update, and maintain sales orders, invoices, and rebate data
Maintain and update customer records
Process credit card and ACH payments promptly
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features and procedures
Prepare and update sales materials
Report inventory or service‑related issues to the appropriate department
Coordinate with sales staff on active purchase orders
Take meeting minutes and distribute to the team
Create sales and marketing materials
Participate in company events, occasionally outside regular hours
Provide will‑call support, including payment collection and receipt issuance
Provide receptionist coverage as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Business‑level proficiency in English and Japanese
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Adaptability to frequent changes in workload or tasks
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
Interest or knowledge in Japanese cuisine and sake preferred
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Ability to obtain a Sake Adviser certification within 1–2 years
SALARY USD $22 - $29/hr.
LOCATION El Monte, CA
WORK SHEDULE Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
