POSITION SUMMARY
At a distinguished fine jewelry atelier, this position is based in a boutique where heritage craftsmanship meets contemporary sensibility. You will engage clients who view jewelry as a deeply personal and enduring expression, delivering a refined and elegant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide knowledgeable, attentive guidance and cultivate long-term client relationships
Support boutique vitality through client engagement and thoughtful sales outcomes
Maintain refined atmosphere with meticulous attention to stock and presentation
Collaborate to ensure harmonious daily operations and elegant environment
Participate in marketing, events, and storytelling initiatives reflecting the brand identity
Work closely with the atelier to refine selling skills and ensure consistency in client experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Deep knowledge of fine jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals
Proven ability to guide clients and build lasting relationships
Familiarity with boutique operations: inventory, presentation standards, and basic financial awareness
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Japanese language skills are a plus
Strong attention to detail and self-motivation while upholding brand values

SALARY USD 50,000–60,000 + performance incentive bonus
