Associate Director / Director - Private Equity

• Oversee cross-group projects by creating and managing workstreams, conducting meetings, and collaborating with executives across their Group to propel projects forward and attain objectives.
• Analyze, assess, and execute a diverse range of complex transactions within their group, encompassing strategic mergers and acquisitions, private debt, real estate, and especially private equity investments.
• Participate in the due diligence process and scrutinize legal documents.
  Examine and support deal teams in drafting internal memoranda and conveying recommendations to the executive leadership of their group.

• Fluent in English. Ability to speak business level Japanese would be advantageous to support Japanese speaking stakeholders. 
• Possess exceptional financial modeling and analytical proficiency, showcasing a proven ability to construct 3-statement models and conduct thorough financial analysis for investment opportunities.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in either a private equity, investment banking, or deal advisory role (Transaction services)
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics or equivalent education.
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases
