POSITION SUMMARY
This role offers a unique opportunity to take a leading position in a cross‑border real estate investment business. You will be responsible for asset management and project management related to U.S. properties while collaborating closely with both U.S. teams and Japanese investors. This is a highly hands-on role where you can drive strategy and execution end‑to‑end.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset management of U.S. real estate properties (primarily in Dallas)
Planning, management, and reporting for investment products targeting Japanese investors
Project management for cross‑border transactions
Communication with Japanese investors (Japanese language required)
Collaboration with local U.S. teams and external partners
Hands-on involvement across strategy development and execution
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in asset management or project management
Native-level Japanese
Business-level English
Ability to work hands-on beyond strategic planning
Proactive and able to operate with speed and ownership

SALARY USD100,000-140,000
