POSITION SUMMARY
A renowned Japanese food corporation is looking for a dynamic and bilingual (Japanese/English) Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's sales and profit objectives across various sales channels globally. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with brokers and distributors worldwide to strategize and execute effective sales promotions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales and Profit Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets and profit margins within assigned sales channels.
- Global Collaboration: Work with brokers and distributors across different regions to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Promotions: Plan, implement, and oversee sales promotions to boost product visibility and drive sales.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and instructions to field service team members, assisting them in developing and planning efficient workflows.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
BASE SALARY USD70,000-85,000 (DOE) + Bonus
