POSITION SUMMARY
A leading Japanese food manufacturer is hiring an ERP Business Process Lead to drive process excellence and align business needs with ERP solutions. This role leads cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize workflows, ensuring successful ERP implementation. Ideal candidates bring strong enterprise systems experience, process improvement skills, and cross-functional collaboration expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead process analysis and redesign for sales operations, including order management, pricing, customer data, and collections
* Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather and validate business requirements
* Design future-state processes aligned with ERP best practices and business goals
* Facilitate workshops and gap analyses to assess current vs. target workflows
* Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure accurate system configuration
* Promote data consistency and process standardization across departments
* Support testing (UAT, SIT) and validate system functionality
* Assist with change management, training, and user adoption
* Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement
* Perform other related duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
* Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite)
* Familiarity with process modeling tools like Visio
* Strong communication & adaptability
* Business acumen & confidentiality awareness
* Industry knowledge in food or logistics a plus
* Bilingual (Japanese-English) preferred
BASE SALARY USD85,000 - 95,000 (DOE)
