POSITION TITLE Business Analyst (On-site at Financial Institution)
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will play a key role as a liaison between business units and IT teams on-site at a financial institution. This is an additional hire to support the expansion of an on-site project at a financial institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
Gather and document business and system requirements
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Create functional specifications and support system design and implementation
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
Support testing, training, and change management activities
Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project timelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services (preferred)
Strong understanding of financial products, operations, and regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Japanese language proficiency is required
Experience with system implementation or digital transformation projects (preferred)
LOCATION Manhattan or New Jersey office (2–4 days/week on-site)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
SALARY USD80,000-150,000
