POSITION TITLE Grains Derivatives Associate
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for back-office operations related to grain derivatives and the preparation of daily market reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconcile grain derivative accounts daily with clearing brokers
Maintain records of daily trading activities
Prepare and verify vouchers for daily margin transactions
Offset and transfer derivative positions based on instructions from HQ and subsidiaries
Conduct cash settlements of P&L with HQ and subsidiaries in the U.S. and Brazil
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and submit reports to HQ
Upload and distribute daily price data from U.S. grain derivative markets
Coordinate and distribute daily grain market reports in Japanese
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese are required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Basic knowledge of accounting
Familiarity with SAP (MAIN 21) is a plus
LOCATION New York City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid Work, 3 times on-site)

SALARY USD70,000-100,000
