RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Interaction: Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations highlighting product/service advantages.
• Technical Support: Offer pre- and post-sales technical assistance, including demos and troubleshooting.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns.
• Sales Strategy: Develop strategies with the team to achieve revenue targets.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to inform strategies.
• Proposals and Quotes: Prepare technical proposals and quotes for customers.
• Customer Training: Provide training on product/service usage and maintenance.
• Problem Solving: Address technical issues during sales and find solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to convey customer feedback and improve products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Product Knowledge: Understand technical aspects and benefits of products/services.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience required.
• Contract knowledge, organizational skills, attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Computer proficiency, multitasking ability, proofreading skills.
• Research skills, problem-solving ability, professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Negotiation skills, active listening, teamwork ability.

SALARY
USD 100,000- 150,000 (based on experience)
