POSITION TITLE Senior Account Development Manager – Semiconductor
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the promotion and account management of semiconductor products. It involves building and maintaining relationships with key customers either directly or through independent representatives and distributors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage semiconductor sales activities within a designated region
Oversee manufacturer’s representatives and franchised distributors
Develop and execute promotional strategies for assigned accounts
Build strong customer relationships to secure design wins and drive revenue
Acquire functional knowledge of vertical markets
Provide project visibility and coordinate internal activities
Anticipate and resolve complex issues with minimal precedent
Assess and fulfill customer needs
Interpret and recommend improvements to internal policies
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in account development or sales leadership roles
Demonstrated success in strategic account growth and new business acquisition
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools
SALARY USD111,700-178,000
