Sales Position
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve/grow revenue for our current and new clients within the US region.
• Manage, support, and develop the team of salespeople and project managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase our services.
• Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business risks and opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
• Possess at least 7 years of experience in the market research industry sales (managerial role preferred).
• Have 5+ years of experience leading a team of 5 or more people.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in selling B2B services to clients in the US region.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis, and insights generation.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
• Be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Be willing to travel within the US region as required.
SALARY
USD 130,000–160,000
