JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are expanding our operations and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our sales activities in the US region.
•Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve/ grow revenue for our present & new clients within the US region.
•Build & Strengthen relationships, effectively communicate the value of our research services.
•Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase our services.
•Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
•Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.
•Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business risks and opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Possess at least 6-8 years of experience in similar industry/B2B sales (managerial role is preferred).
•Extensive experience in selling B2B services to clients in the US region.
•Strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis, and insights generation.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
•Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•Willingness to travel within the US region as required.
•Proficiency Japanese skill (as required for work)
BENEFITS
Salary Range: USD100K-120K
