POSITION TITLE Project Manager – U.S. Real Estate Operations (Based in Texas)
POSITION SUMMARY
This position focuses on the purchase and management of U.S. real estate properties (single-family homes and apartments). Responsibilities include property research and proposals for Japanese corporate executives, rental management (contracts, rent collection, move-in/move-out coordination), building maintenance (cleaning, inspections, repairs, and construction oversight).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and sell residential properties (single-family homes and apartments)
Conduct market research and property analysis for Japanese corporate clients
Leasing and property management (vacancy handling, contracts, rent collection, move-in/out support)
Building maintenance (cleaning, inspections, repair planning, contractor coordination)
Review and manage various contracts
Communicate with contractors in English
QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold a valid U.S. work visa,
Experience in real estate, architecture, or construction industry preferred
Basic Office skills (Excel functions, VBA knowledge is a plus)

SALARY USD80,000-120,000
