Our client is A leading Japanese real estate investment firm specializing in land leasing and asset management. The company is expanding its presence in the U.S. market and is seeking a motivated and bilingual Associate to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Underwriting: Conduct detailed underwriting and due diligence to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
Investor Communication: Maintain strong relationships with Japanese investors through regular updates, reporting, and meetings.
Joint Investment Support: Assist in coordinating and supporting joint investment projects with Japanese partners.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and market trends to support investment decisions and provide actionable insights.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in both Japanese and English
Strong analytical and communication skills
Interest in real estate investment and cross-border business
Eligible to work in the U.S. (OPT holders welcome)
