JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\
- Identify and address short and long-term customer needs
- Forecast product demand within the North American market
- Travel extensively to engage with customers, brokers, and distributors
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Present products effectively, including demonstrations and sample distributions
- Participate in trade shows to showcase our products and represent the company
- Provide valuable market insights to inform marketing and product development efforts
- Collaborate with brokers and distributors to enhance business partnerships and drive sales growth
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors
- Salary: USD 65,000.00 - 85,000.00 annually
